Civil Project Manager

We are a multi-disciplinary design firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects across a diverse portfolio, including corporate headquarters, industrial sites, residential subdivisions, mixed-use communities, and urban infill developments. This role involves managing design teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Lead and mentor civil engineering design teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop project timelines and monitor progress.
• Identify and resolve potential risks.
• Pursue new project opportunities and assist in proposal development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• PE license in Tennessee or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D;
  Ajera experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
