Spectrum Environmental, Inc., an established firm spanning more than 30 years in business with offices in Mobile, Alabama;
Birmingham, Alabama; and Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a motivated individual who desires to learn, grow and develop alongside a multi-faceted team of environmental professionals. The successful candidate should be a great communicator in all aspects and possess characteristics of a servant leader. Though we expect the chosen candidate to further define, develop, and lead in their role, we provide the following as a framework of what will be expected of this individual:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Geology
• 5+ years’ experience in the environmental field
• Professional Geologist (P.G.) certification preferred
• Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
• Soil and groundwater sampling
• Geologic Evaluations
• Assessment staff training and development
• Task/Project management and coordination
• Be willing to take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

This position will require an Alabama license as well as Tennessee. Some travel around the Nashville area as well as to the Alabaster office for training and meetings.

Conditions - Any offer of employment is subject to the results of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and review of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background check.

Commensurate with experience.
