Capital Project Analyst; Onsite

Position: Capital Project Analyst (Onsite)
3 months contract

Summary:

The Capital Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the Capital Project Team and Faciliti Group Engineers with day-to-day activities related to managing the Faciliti Group capital program including, but not limited to, project planning reviews, contract writing, and project set up and closing in eBuilder. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently manage capital project documentation, workflows, and eBuilder tasks within the first 2-4 weeks.

Prior experience with construction project management systems (e.g., eBuilder) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of contracts for capital projects using established templates
• Complete project planning reviews for project funding utilizing Excel to confirm accuracy
• Manage project date changes
• Track processes in eBuilder and proactively assist PMs for needed follow-up
• Contact consultants and contractors by phone and email to move processes and provide correct documentation
• Close projects in eBuilder while ensuring proper documentation is provided
• Support capital team and engineers with data entry, tracking, and reporting

Other Responsibilites:

• Assists with other project management needs as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School Graduate/Equivalent
• 3-5 years of work experience (required) with 3+ years experience in capital projects administration, construction project coordination, facilities project support, or similar (preferred)

• Must be able to prioritize workload, be a self-starter, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.). Functional understanding of how to use MSO tools for data validation, error-checking, etc.

• eBuilder, construction project management information system, experience and/or working knowledge of capital project lifecycle - Preferred.
