How you will create an impact :
* Perform maintenance, repair, and testing on transformers and substation equipment
* Apply NETA/ANSI testing standards (e.g., power factor tests, resistance measurements)
* Operate specialized test equipment (DOBLE, Megohmmeter, AC/DC meters)
* Troubleshoot and commission transformers
* Travel up to 80%, including multi-day field assignments
What are we looking for :
* Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
* Several years of experience in substation services
* Strong knowledge of electrical theory and transformer technology
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
* CDL Class A license preferred; NETA certification a plus
* Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
