As a EPCM Project Director
, you will lead collaborative teams providing award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, procurement, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. Your role includes developing and delivering project scopes, estimates, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, managing day‑to‑day project performance, and providing leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver on project scopes, estimates, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.

Lead teams to achieve stakeholder objectives and provide day‑to‑day management of project teams.

Ensure strong financial and technical performance on projects, solving complex problems and maintaining safety.

Build strong relationships internally and with customers, and nurture their purpose and guide forward momentum.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of experience managing EPCM projects related to industrial facilities, with a minimum of 5 years specific to Data Centers, Advanced Manufacturing, Specialty Chemicals, Metals, or other industrial facilities.
  • Mentor experience for other PMs and Project Engineers.
  • Strong safety culture from design to site execution.
  • Experience executing multi‑office projects (possibly international).
  • Ability to implement program‑wide systems and solutions across multiple disciplines, contractors, stakeholders, and third parties.
  • General engineering knowledge key to advanced manufacturing projects: infrastructure, process, utilities, and support facilities.
  • Strong design‑cost management experience, including capital cost estimating, forecasting, earned value, and design budget control.
  • Experience developing proposals, estimating design, procurement, and construction management services, and working with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Program management experience covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, and Commissioning (EPCM) elements.
  • Preferred certifications:
    Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Architect license/certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge in design and construction of advanced manufacturing facilities, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience with design and construction of manufacturing facilities exceeding $500 million construction value.
  • Ability to travel to project locations for short‑term client visits.
  • Strong existing relationships with advanced manufacturing clients.
  • Prior field experience during construction.
