Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret legal property descriptions (Notice of Land Use Restriction)
- Accurately map restricted boundaries using CAD or GIS software
- Provide written recommendations when legal descriptions are unclear
- 5+ years of surveying experience, including drafting legal property descriptions
- Proficient in CAD and/or GIS software
- Own computer and software capable of producing shape files or CAD files
- Strong knowledge of surveying methods, boundary analysis, and Microsoft Excel
