As a leader, you will coach teams and partner with key departments to implement Lean principles and deliver performance improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience applying Lean methodologies. An ability to travel up to 50% is required.
GE Aerospace provides a competitive salary range of $142,000 - $190,000, along with comprehensive benefits.
