Mobile HVAC Engineer

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer

Pay Rate: $32

Location: Nashville, TN

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and record system readings, calibrate equipment, and make necessary adjustments for peak performance.
• Maintain safety standards, manage inventory, and oversee contracted maintenance work to uphold facility standards.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
