Innovation and Design Engineer – Worldwide Design Engineering

• Partner with internal and external teams to develop standards and specifications for complex material handling systems.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert and guide design teams and stakeholders from concept through installation, commissioning, and launch.
• Own multiple standards and specifications simultaneously.
• Design high‑quality, cost‑effective fulfillment and distribution solutions.
• Ensure designs meet requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Verify successful installation, commissioning, and launch of systems.

• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process or industrial engineering.
• Experience in managing engineering design projects.
• Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or equivalent, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and high‑speed manufacturing.
• Experience with design‑in‑safety.
• Experience with process design based on Lean principles.

Base salary range: $94,300 – $160,000 USD annually (TN, USA). Your package may include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
