Job Title
Responsibilities:
Proactive batch monitoring
L1 Troubleshooting
Triage with Developers, infra and as needed teams to resolve job failures. Problem Management to resolve recurring QA mainframe job failures. Status reporting.
Skills:
2-3 years of relevant experience required on the desired field. Proficient knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS, VSAM. Working knowledge on MQ and Kafka. Good knowledge on Mainframe OPCC scheduler. Distributed Autosys added advantage. Excellent communication and email writing skills.
