Senior Project Manager
Our client, a highly respected engineering and construction firm with locations throughout the southeast. At this time, they are expanding and seeking a Senior Project Manager who can live/work anywhere in/near Tennessee, and be able to travel throughout the state as needed and occasionally attend meetings at corporate offices in Nashville, Knoxville, or Chattanooga.
The Senior Project Manager will:
- Manage complex toll planning, toll design, and/or toll technology projects with major transportation agencies in Tennessee.
- Manage multi-disciplined project teams, develop scope and budget for projects, assist with marketing and business development activities, and serve as a leader within our South Transportation Group.
- Managing and serving as the lead Project Manager on major toll projects in Tennessee.
- Mentoring current staff.
- Assisting in identifying potential new staff to help expand their transportation practice in the greater Tennessee market.
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts.
- Build teams to match the project needs including selecting internal team members and establishing teaming partnerships with respective industry firms.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Environmental engineering or related discipline.
- Professional engineering (PE) license highly desired.
