We provide total building system design services across multiple high-growth markets for industry leaders. You'll get to use your talent to work on projects for some of the biggest names in mission-critical, higher education, sports, healthcare, grocery, restaurant, and retail within the sectors we serve in business, community, grocery, health, retail, & venue.

Our engineers understand that the electrical system forms the foundation that makes the building come to life. We balance the rigorous requirements of life safety and code compliance with practicality and aesthetic considerations to deliver a design that supports life of the building and delivers on our client's vision for the project.

Position Summary:

Independently performs intermediate electrical design tasks, prepares design documents, coordinates with internal and external partners, and may mentor less experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intermediate-level calculations and design with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and modify plans, reports, and technical documents.
• Review shop drawings for compliance.
• Guide junior designers and provide technical support.
• Participate in business development and client coordination.
• Support limited project management and coordination tasks.
• Maintain current knowledge of codes, standards, and design tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and design principles.
• FE and PE completion preferred
• Ability to lead small tasks or portions of projects.
• Completion of FE exam, LEED and/or WELL accreditation.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge and proficiency in engineering design, A&E industry, codes, design guides and standards required. Knowledge applicable to a range of practices, project or program types.

Pay Transparency:

Individual salaries may be higher or lower than the stated range depending on factors unrelated to the applicant's race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ethnicity, age, or disability. Salary can vary from this range based on geographic cost of labor statistical differentials.

Denver - $83,600 to $145,200

Las Vegas - $92,400 to $119,700

Los Angeles - $88,160 to $153,120

New York - $92,720 to $161,040

Washington DC - $88,160 to $153,120
