Commissioning Agent
The Commissioning Agent will join a collaborative Commissioning Team to support the commissioning of mechanical and electrical building systems. This role involves performing system evaluations, functional performance testing, and working directly with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Ideal candidates bring hands-on MEP commissioning experience and are open to national travel for project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop commissioning plans, perform design reviews, and lead kickoff meetings.
- Execute equipment testing, prepare documentation and reports.
- Participate in QA/QC and ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards.
- Travel to project sites (30–50%) for commissioning and client meetings.
- Collaborate with senior team members and grow into project management/business development roles.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of commissioning or related MEP experience.
- Background in mechanical or electrical systems.
- Commissioning certification (e.g., ACG, BCA, NEBB) strongly preferred.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
