An established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing Nashville office. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex healthcare projects while contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
The OpportunityThis position is ideal for an experienced engineer who is confident managing projects, leading teams, and engaging with clients. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical design solutions while also having the opportunity to contribute to business development and office expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical design and project delivery for healthcare and commercial projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with internal MEP/FP teams, architects, and clients
- Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders
- Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship growth
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in building systems design (healthcare preferred)
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PE license preferred
