** coordinates the execution of new and existing contracts between the company and its business partners (Government and non-Government contracts).

** Additional Information:*
* + Preferred location is Houston, Texas Nashville, Tennessee is a secondary location

* What You Will Do:

*
* + Reviews and leads contract execution on products, premium and exposure limits; notifying government and commercial parties of contract terminations, renewals and re-in statements.

+ Preparing bids, negotiating specifications and contractual provisions regarding compensation plans and business targets.

+ Ensures execution of order to delivery standard work process to meet complex contractual requirements.

+ Recommends solutions to ensure alignment to adhere to medium complexity contractual obligations.
