What You'll Do- Design and develop automated production equipment using robotics, PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, and controls integration
- Lead equipment improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and cost saving
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, product management, and external partner
- Support machine troubleshooting, data acquisition, and continuous process improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and lean manufacturing principle
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with electro-mechanical equipment and automation control
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMIs, networking, vision systems, and machine control
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and problem-solving skill
- Experience with Solid Works and Lean Manufacturing is a plus
