RTX is seeking a Sr Field Service Engineer to serve as the customer and field service interface, driving improvements from end‑user experience and performing corrective actions on field issues, special investigations, and product testing. The role analyzes system aspects, manages configurations, and acts as a technical liaison to fulfill customer requests.
The position is based at Fort Campbell, KY (Onsite) with ~25% travel, including deployments outside the U.S. Relocation support is available.
