Project/Program Manager III
Seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager III with an engineering background to support Operations Engineering projects. The role is responsible for managing vendors, coordinating with cross-functional partners, hosting weekly project calls, reducing project risks, and driving projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendors and coordinate project activities.
- Host weekly calls with vendors and project managers.
- Collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and reduce project risks.
- Manage vendor scorecards and performance tracking.
- Drive projects from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
- Support Operations Engineering initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Engineering background.
- Strong communication skills, especially for vendor coordination and partner collaboration.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to learn.
