Project/Program Manager III

Seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager III with an engineering background to support Operations Engineering projects. The role is responsible for managing vendors, coordinating with cross-functional partners, hosting weekly project calls, reducing project risks, and driving projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors and coordinate project activities.
• Host weekly calls with vendors and project managers.
• Collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and reduce project risks.
• Manage vendor scorecards and performance tracking.
• Drive projects from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
• Support Operations Engineering initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Engineering background.
• Strong communication skills, especially for vendor coordination and partner collaboration.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn.
