Marriott Hotels - 2800 Opryland Drive - Responsibilities:
Program and monitor energy management equipment to operate at maximum operational efficiency;
Lead and train the HVAC team in the operation of energy management equipment and calibration of equipment;
Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC equipment including air handlers, motors, variable speed drives (VSDs) and controls;
Perform water chemical tests and utility meter readings on a daily basis;
Log meter readings and make appropriate adjustments to the energy management system as required
