3M is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity at the Decatur, AL MOF production areas. You will collaborate with local and global teams to implement corrective actions and support scale-up of new products.
The role requires a engineering degree and hands-on experience in process/manufacturing engineering, with Lean/Six Sigma exposure. This is an onsite position in Decatur with travel up to 10% and relocation potential.
