With continued investment in transportation, industrial, energy, and land development projects, they are looking to add a Professional Land Surveyor to support delivery and help scale operations. - Leading and overseeing survey projects from initiation through final deliverables across transportation, commercial, residential, industrial, and energy sectors
- Managing field and office survey teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of work
- Reviewing plats, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and construction staking documentation
- Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and clients to align scope, timelines, and expectations
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and regulatory requirements in Tennessee
- Supporting business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of the surveying team
The Professional Land Surveyor should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional land surveying experience
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months
- Strong experience with boundary, ALTA, and construction surveys
- Proficiency with industry-standard survey software and data processing tools
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across multiple disciplines
- Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of Tennessee surveying standards and regulations is preferred
