Service Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will work on standard and advanced wireless systems, wired microphones, headphones, speakers, digital audio interfaces, networking devices
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment on all levels without supervision
• Has knowledge and experience of software/hardware hybrid products
• Has knowledge and experience of digital audio protocols like DANTE, AES
  67 and/or similar
• No electrical license required; however, familiarity with electrical safety standards for device-level repair is preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment on all levels without supervision
• Has knowledge and experience of software/hardware hybrid products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
