Job TitleTrainee - TSD
Job Description- Assist in scaling up new products from lab scale to plant scale, including participation in technology transfer, lab demonstrations, and process safety studies.
- Support the execution of trial and validation batches and help ensure timely completion.
- Help evaluate new product processes by performing basic feasibility checks process modifications, and simple engineering calculations.
- Assist in coordinating and executing new projects at pilot scale and during large-scale production shifts.
- Contribute to preparing and submitting HAZOP inputs, campaign reports, and other required documentation within deadlines.
- Support the preparation of technical documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, equipment suitability assessments, and HAZOP documentation under guidance.
- Perform basic engineering calculations like mass balance and energy balance as per project needs.
- Assist in conducting studies for new and ongoing projects, including preparing operational cost estimates.
- Support facility mapping for confirmed or high-probability projects and help assess feasibility for execution.
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
ExperienceFreshers or up to 1 year of relevant industrial internship/training experience in API, pharmaceutical, chemical, or process industries.
