Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the engineering team responsible for the operation of a 300,000 sq ft Class A mixed-use development in downtown Nashville, on-site schedule;
Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with on-call rotation.
You will oversee maintenance of all building systems, manage engineers and maintenance staff, and develop preventive and reactive maintenance plans while communicating with clients and the property team.
