This position offers the opportunity to work within Roche's Core Lab business, providing accurate and timely diagnostic support to healthcare providers. You will:

• Perform technical repairs and maintenance on Roche products
• Offer on-site service and support to laboratory customers
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues
• Document activities and contribute to quality improvements

This role requires daily travel within the Nashville area, with up to 25% overnight travel. Candidates should reside within 50 miles of Nashville, TN.

• High school diploma plus 2 years of technical training or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in repairing mechanical/system hardware and software, or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years of experience
• Training or certification as per RD Services Leadership policies
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays

• 8+ years of experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and IT
• Ability to support after-hours and maintain customer relationships

Relocation benefits are available. The salary range is $68,900 - $127,900, based on experience and location. Benefits and bonuses are included.
