Constellation Energy seeks a Stationary Engineer II to operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, chillers, and supporting plant systems within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations through preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve asset reliability, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain stationary boilers, chillers, and auxiliary equipment to ensure reliable plant performance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, diagnose faults, and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Monitor plant controls, conduct rounds, and record operating data to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on asset reliability and energy efficiency initiatives
- Support commissioning, upgrades, and optimization of plant systems and controls
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders in the CMMS
