Building Engineer IV

The Building Engineer IV will oversee complex maintenance projects, provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, and ensure compliance with all safety and building codes. Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within the property.
• Manage preventive maintenance and urgent repair procedures.
• Conduct regular system assessments and analyses to identify necessary upgrades or replacements.
• Collaborate with facility management to ensure all systems are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and implement energy-saving measures.
• Handle emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Document all operational activities and maintenance actions accurately.
