Lee Company is seeking a BAS Integrator to program, commission, and support building automation systems for commercial and industrial facilities. In this role, you'll integrate HVAC, lighting, and other systems, create graphics and schedules, and optimize comfort and energy performance. You'll collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams, troubleshoot controls and networking issues, and ensure accurate documentation. This field-focused position requires strong BAS/hvac controls skills, attention to safety, and customer-focused communication within a family-oriented, people-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Program, configure, and commission BAS for commercial and industrial facilities
- Integrate HVAC, lighting, and other building systems using BACnet and related protocols
- Perform point-to-point checkout, startup, and functional performance testing
- Troubleshoot controls, network, and field device issues to restore operation quickly
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and project teams on system design and implementation
- Develop graphics, alarms, and schedules to enhance usability and energy efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation, as-builts, and configuration backups
- Train customers and internal teams on BAS operation and best practices
- Follow Lee Company safety standards and contribute to a culture of safety and quality
