Electrical Engineering co‑ops typically work on projects such as:

• Designing, developing, and deploying machinery and other equipment intended to execute and improve processes

• Programing and integrating industrial controls hardware and software for new and existing machines

• Learn and apply PLC programming techniques and AutoCAD electrical

• Learn andutilizekey electrical manufacturing tools and systems; suggesting improvements as needed

• Process Engineering; support specifications and standards in areas such as compound,component, curing process, or uniformity analyses

• Plant Engineering;assistin the safe design, procurement, installation, debug, start-up and operation of plant equipment and projects

• Product Design;utilizesoftware and standards foraccuratecreation, revision, and organization of documents and distribution controls

To thrive in this role, you need…

• To be pursuing a degree in Electrical
  
  Engineering or another applicable major and actively enrolled in an accredited university

• To besophomore-senior level standing with a GPA of at least 3.0

• Completed course work in Computer Aided Design (CAD)/AutoCAD

• To be available to work
  40 hours weekly in a 6-monthminimumco‑op assignment

• No other work experience is required. We will teach you everything you need to know!
