Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Engineering Services to support technical operations across a commercial real estate portfolio. In this role, you'll coordinate building systems performance, support preventive maintenance programs, and assist with capital and energy-efficiency projects. You will analyze building data, prepare reports, and help resolve mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues. Partnering with facility managers, vendors, and clients, you'll drive reliability, safety, and sustainability while contributing to JLL's innovation-focused, high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day engineering operations for commercial buildings
- Coordinate and track preventive maintenance programs
- Assist in troubleshooting HVAC, mechanical, and electrical issues
- Monitor building management systems and analyze performance data
- Support energy-efficiency and capital improvement projects
- Prepare technical, performance, and compliance reports
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Partner with facility managers to resolve engineering issues
- Support safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
