BELL Construction in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced MEP Manager to lead day-to-day coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, low voltage, and fire sprinkler scopes on one project, including design review, on-site coordination, testing, and commissioning.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least five years of commercial MEP construction experience; experience with Viewpoint or Bluebeam is preferred.
