YourMissions
- Lead all engineering activities (maintenance of existing offers and new product development) for our Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboard and Motor Control Center offers
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to engineering team members
- Collaborate with Product owners and marketing league leaders to influence the technical roadmap
- Develop existing and new technical competencies within the team members
- Engage with various cross-functional teams whenever technical assistance is required concerning the offer.
- Evaluate the performance of engineering team members
- Act as the chairman of the Offer Safety Committee
- Business Acumen — aligning technical strategies with organizational priorities and market dynamics
- Strategic Thinking — defining long-term technical direction that supports business growth
- Decision Making — making complex calls on technical architecture and resource allocation
- Coaching — developing technical talent and building high-performing teams
- Product Architecture — designing scalable systems that meet evolving customer needs
- Project Management Methodologies — overseeing execution using agile and structured frameworks
- Cybersecurity — ensuring security considerations are embedded in technical solutions
- Competitive Intelligence — monitoring market trends to inform product and technology decision s
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of products, solutions, and industry trends
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
