Senior Manager, LV Engineering

Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity available for a Senior Manager for Low Voltage (LV) Equipment Engineering in

• Lead all engineering activities (maintenance of existing offers and new product development) for our Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboard and Motor Control Center offers

• Provide technical guidance and assistance to engineering team members

• Collaborate with Product owners and marketing league leaders to influence the technical roadmap

• Develop existing and new technical competencies within the team members

• Engage with various cross-functional teams whenever technical assistance is required concerning the offer.

• Evaluate the performance of engineering team members

• Act as the chairman of the Offer Safety Committee

• Business Acumen — aligning technical strategies with organizational priorities and market dynamics

• Strategic Thinking — defining long-term technical direction that supports business growth

• Decision Making — making complex calls on technical architecture and resource allocation

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred)

• 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams

• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong understanding of products, solutions, and industry trends

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
