Join the Nashville Sounds as the Public Address (PA) Announcer for the 2026 baseball season!

Position Overview: As the official game‑day voice of the Sounds and First Horizon Park, the PA Announcer plays a pivotal role in creating an engaging and memorable ballpark experience. This position reports to the Event Production Manager and is responsible for energizing fans, delivering key information, and maintaining a professional yet lively atmosphere during Nashville Sounds home games.

Responsibilities Include:

• Announce in‑game action including but not limited to: pre‑game ceremonies, starting lineups, player introductions, inning break activations, and all other game script items
• Deliver sponsor messages, promotional announcements and special recognitions in a manner that is both clear and engaging
• Adapt quickly to live‑game situations and respond to direction and script changes as they occur; including but not limited to pitching changes, defensive substitutions, or inclement weather situations
• Bring an enthusiastic demeanor and strong vocal presence to each game to elevate the fan experience
• Collaborate with the Event Production Manager and Director of Entertainment to ensure effective, accurate and entertaining content

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays from March to September.
• Live in Nashville, TN or the middle Tennessee area
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment while adhering to directions and guidelines from a supervisor
• Strong knowledge of baseball and attention to detail and timing
• Comfortable pronouncing names across multiple cultures and languages and announcing to crowds of 10,000+ people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized, and self‑motivated
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred not required
