Ticketing Coordinator

Outback Presents has a unique opportunity to join the nation’s leading independent events promoter as a Ticketing Coordinator. The Ticketing Coordinator will execute ticketing setups and provide daily ticket counts for live events in clubs, theaters, amphitheaters, and arenas across the United States and Canada. This is a full-time position located in our Nashville, Tennessee office.

Key Responsibilities

• Report daily event ticket counts for all shows currently on sale
• Analyze show performance and report trends via Microsoft Excel
• Create and distribute tour ticketing reports internally and to partners
• Assist with box office event build documents
• Professionally communicate with agencies and box office managers
• Provide administrative support to the Ticketing department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, music business, operations or related field preferred
• Familiarity with live event ticketing
• Understanding of concert promotions and the life cycle of an event
• Experience communicating with venues, artist management, agents, and other entertainment industry professionals
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Suite
• Ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Knowledge of music, comedy, theater, podcast, and family events
• Must be willing to work on-site in the office. This is not a remote position
