We are looking for reliable professionals to support event operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences and maintaining a professional environment for a diverse audience.

• Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced event environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow event procedures and provide exceptional guest service

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming event experience
• Assist attendees with event registration and check‑in
• Direct guests to event areas and answer general questions
• Maintain the VIP Lounge by keeping the area clean, organized, and guest‑ready
• Distribute product samples and assist customers in the retail/store area
• Restock merchandise and event supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space
• Support event operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
