The Social Gaming will provide excellent guest service, take orders, assist guests, promote sales, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food, beverage, and social gaming orders accurately
• Serve guests promptly and courteously
• Promote Social Gaming options with guests in-venue
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and guest spaces
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally
• Work with Team Members to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and cash-handling procedures
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

• Knowledge of dart, shuffleboard, and golf play required
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous server or guest service experience required
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
• Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications
• Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion
