TikTok Shop Host & Operator

We’re looking for a dependable, driven, and social media savvy person to join our LIVE team full time. This hands-on role includes hosting and operating Tik Tok Shop LIVEs, supporting studio production, and creating promotional content across multiple client brands. We’re looking for someone who loves Tik Tok, takes initiative, learns quickly, and is ready to jump in wherever needed.

• General understanding of Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, and shoppable LIVE content
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and learning products quickly
• Flexible between hosting, operating, content creation, and studio responsibilities
• Tech savvy, detail oriented, and willing to learn new tools and equipment

• Host Tik Tok Shop LIVEs as scheduled or when additional coverage is needed
• Learn client products and follow Run of Shows, talking points, and promotions
• Confident and energetic on camera for LIVE sessions up to 3 to 4 hours
• Demonstrate products, communicate offers, answer questions, and engage viewers
• Adapt talking points and selling approach based on LIVE performance and direction
• Operate Tik Tok Shop LIVEs and guide hosts throughout each session
• Manage product pinning, promotions, giveaways, timing, and Run of Show execution
• Work with Tik Tok LIVE Studio, cameras, lighting, microphones, and streaming equipment
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during LIVE sessions
• Set up, organize, reset, and break down client sets, products, and equipment

• Film, edit, and post promotional Tik Tok content for client accounts
• Create content promoting products, offers, and upcoming LIVE sessions
• Comfortable filming both behind and in front of the camera
• Edit short form content using Tik Tok, Cap Cut, or similar platforms
• Understand Tik Tok trends, hooks, pacing, captions, and calls to action
