The Associate Producer is a full-time role based on-site in Nashville, TN, supporting the end-to-end production of Shiloh & Bros video content. This role helps coordinate pre-production activities such as scheduling shoots, organizing scripts and shot lists, and securing locations and props. During production, the Associate Producer assists with managing call sheets, supporting talent and crew, and ensuring the set runs smoothly.

• Experience with video production workflows, including pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, track tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with talent, crew members, and creative leadership.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for family-friendly content.
• Proficiency with basic production tools (e.g., call sheet software, project management tools, shared drives) and familiarity with video editing platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience in digital content, You Tube, or social media production is preferred but not required.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
