• Independently manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ASA, and DSPs
• Work with a portfolio of 150+ games using ad-based, hybrid (ads + IAP), and IAP monetization models, with a focus on Idle Arcade and Puzzle titles
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize user acquisition through creatives, targeting, and campaign strategies
• Contribute to data analysis and develop hypotheses to scale user acquisition.

• 2+ Years of user acquisition experience in the gaming industry
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (a priority) and Meta
• Strong knowledge of attribution and key UA performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Nice to have:
  Experience with Moloco, experience working with AI tools.
