This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager based in Nashville, TN. The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and handle daily financial transactions. Responsibilities include producing and analyzing financial reports, overseeing journal entries, managing fixed asset records, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting. The role also involves providing financial insights to support decision-making and ensuring the accuracy of financial data and recordkeeping.

• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and managing Fixed Assets
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior management or supervisory experience in accounting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
