Senior Accountant - FP&A Focus | Real Estate​/Development

Overview

A mission-driven real estate investment and development platform is seeking a Senior Accountant with an FP&A focus to help bridge accounting and finance during an exciting period of growth. This role partners closely with deal teams, leadership, and accounting to provide meaningful financial insight across multiple projects and entities.

• Support month-end close while owning project budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Partner with development and construction teams on budgets, draws, and project performance
• Assist with corporate-level financial modeling and reporting
• Track project costs, funding schedules, and key financial metrics
• Help improve systems, processes, and reporting as the company scales

• Real estate or development accounting/finance experience required
• Strong analytical mindset with solid accounting fundamentals
• Experience with project budgets, cash flow forecasting, or draw packages
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• ERP experience (Sage Intacct or similar) a plus
