• Join Baker Tilly (BT) as a Tax Senior Associate to deliver industry-focused tax advisory and compliance services to middle market clients.
• Be a valued business advisor, providing industry-focused tax services and collaborating with leadership on client strategies.
• Support engagement teams by performing tax and accounting services for industry-specific clients.
• Collaborate with leaders on special projects in various areas of tax and accounting.
• Develop recommendations for clients to consider and present to leadership for discussion and strategy.
• Communicate with specialty tax practices on complex matters (state and local, high net worth, international, R&D, credits and incentives).
• Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide learning programs.
• Network and build strong relationships internally and with clients using entrepreneurial skills.
• Support the growth and development of team members through Baker Tilly care and teach philosophy, helping associates meet professional goals.
• Promote work-life balance and participate in team activities and outings.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or a related business field, with sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the relevant state.
• CPA or JD license preferred.
• Two (2)+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm.
• Strong skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relationships, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, organizational and analytical abilities, initiative, and adaptability.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency; highly developed software skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
