We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Billing Analyst to own and manage our end-to-end billing operations. This is a hybrid position based in our Nashville (West End) office, with regular in-person collaboration. This role will work directly with the CFO and play a critical part in ensuring accurate invoicing, strong cash collections, and clean reconciliation between our CRM and billing systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in a SaaS environment, is comfortable operating in Hub Spot and a subscription billing platform (Maxio preferred), and is excited to improve processes through automation and operational rigor.

Billing Ownership and Accuracy

• Manage the company’s billing platform and ensure timely, accurate invoicing across all customer accounts
• Reconcile contract terms, rates, billing schedules, and service periods between Hub Spot (CRM) and the billing system
• Maintain billing integrity across renewals, expansions, pr orations, and amendments

Collections and Accounts Receivable Management

• Own collections outreach and follow-up for outstanding invoices
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and accelerate payment timelines
• Monitor aging reports and drive improvements in cash flow and collection efficiency

Reconciliation and Payment Processing

• Oversee weekly check payment deposits and ensure proper application to customer accounts
• Perform regular billing and cash reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting
• Coordinate with accounting tools (Quick Books, ) as needed to ensure clean close processes

Process Improvement and Automation

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies across billing, invoicing, and collections workflows
• Lead automation initiatives to improve accuracy, throughput, and scalability
• Serve as a key operator in strengthening integrations between Hub Spot, Maxio, and downstream finance systems

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work closely with Finance, Rev Ops, and Partner Success to ensure billing aligns with customer agreements
• Support CFO with reporting, billing insights, and ad hoc analysis related to revenue operations

• 4–7+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations in a SaaS environment
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot strongly preferred)
• Experience with subscription billing platforms (Maxio highly desired)
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue billing models and invoicing schedules
• Proven ability to manage collections processes professionally and effectively
• Comfortable working with financial systems and reconciliations (Quick Books experience a plus)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience improving workflows through automation tools is a bonus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate with autonomy in a fast‑moving environment

• Manual billing work decreases over time through automation and better system controls
• The CFO has confidence in billing data, reconciliations, and AR visibility week to week

This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to executive leadership and meaningful ownership over one of the most critical financial functions in the business. The Senior Billing Analyst will help ensure revenue is billed correctly, collected efficiently, and supported by scalable systems as the company grows.
