Position Summary

Divisional Controller

Senior finance leader responsible for overseeing all accounting, reporting, and internal controls across multiple business units within a large global organization. Leads a distributed team of 15+ professionals across North America and Latin America, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information.

• Direct monthly/quarterly close and divisional consolidation
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX/internal control requirements
• Oversee internal and external audits and remediation efforts
• Lead implementation of new accounting standards and system enhancements
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership
• Drive process improvements across operational finance and shared services
• Develop and mentor a high-performing global accounting team

• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• Strong technical accounting expertise and experience partnering with senior leaders

Hands‑on, strategic finance leader with a strong analytical mindset, high integrity, and proven success leading cross‑functional teams in complex, multinational environments.

Salary range, bonuses, and benefits:
