Position Summary
Divisional Controller
Senior finance leader responsible for overseeing all accounting, reporting, and internal controls across multiple business units within a large global organization. Leads a distributed team of 15+ professionals across North America and Latin America, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information.
Key Responsibilities- Direct monthly/quarterly close and divisional consolidation
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX/internal control requirements
- Oversee internal and external audits and remediation efforts
- Lead implementation of new accounting standards and system enhancements
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership
- Drive process improvements across operational finance and shared services
- Develop and mentor a high-performing global accounting team
- 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
- Strong technical accounting expertise and experience partnering with senior leaders
Hands‑on, strategic finance leader with a strong analytical mindset, high integrity, and proven success leading cross‑functional teams in complex, multinational environments.
Salary range, bonuses, and benefits:
