Senior Financial Analyst

Work Schedule: Hybrid & Flexible | 20 hours/week

Compensation: $50-55k

Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst or Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to support executive leadership and drive strategic financial planning initiatives. This role will partner closely with senior finance leadership to oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting a public company environment and has strong technical planning system knowledge.

• Lead the annual operating plan and budget process, including coordination across departments.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze and communicate consolidated financial and operational performance trends, including key business drivers and strategic implications.
• Prepare board-level, executive, and shareholder-ready financial presentations.
• Conduct scenario modeling to support portfolio growth, capital planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Support M&A analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence efforts.
• Enhance reporting processes and planning tools to improve financial visibility and decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting, treasury, tax, and operational leaders to ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting.
• Assist in monitoring market dynamics and financial performance indicators relevant to company strategy.

• Experience supporting financial planning within a public company environment.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems (Hyperion, CUBE, or similar platforms preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
