Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst (Contract) to support the accounting team during a finance program launch for the uBreaki
Fix team. Responsibilities include issue resolution, financial transaction validation, and testing support across multiple business units.
- Resolve inventory and receiving discrepancies in the accounting system.
- Close and write off aged work orders with proper documentation.
- Manage price maintenance, trade agreement updates, and related financial issues.
- Reconcile banking and cash transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Process and resolve customer and vendor settlements, including aging cleanup.
- Investigate and correct settlement variances in compliance with financial policies.
- Support business-to-business account reconciliations and financial adjustments.
- Perform bad debt assessments and write-offs following approval guidelines.
- Execute UAT test scenarios and document issues, ensuring workflows perform as expected.
- Conduct post-release validation to confirm accurate financial transactions and system behavior.
- A proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
- 2-3 years' experience in a high-growth or transformational environment with similar responsibilities.
- Hands‑on style with ability to dig into details.
- Proficient in Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience viewed favorably.
- Data entry experience viewed favorably.
