Position

Manager, SAP Finance – Public Cloud in Enterprise Solutions within our Consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the day‑to‑day activities of SAP advisory engagements, specific to S/4 Finance on Public Cloud, for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  • Lead SAP business processes mapping.
  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
  • Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
  • Supervise and provide performance management for IT advisory staff working on assigned engagements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of recent SAP applications related work, including at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4 Finance implementations in Public Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field, and/or CPA preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and delivery; knowledge of how to use SAP Business AI in finance processes preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the capability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management team.
  • Travel as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation & Benefits

California Salary Range: $135,000 - $218,000. Salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certifications, and market considerations. KPMG offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and personal well‑being benefits to support mental health. Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year.

Eligible employees also receive two breaks each year where Personal Time Off is not required.
