Overview
We are looking for a CFO to manage finance and accounting, partner with operations, and continue their growth projections of doubling the company in the next year to two years.
This is a group of family owned businesses with multiple companies that need a strategic CFO; they do have a Controller in place. There are multiple projects that this person would manage.
Responsibilities- Manage finance and accounting functions for the group of family-owned businesses.
- Partner with operations to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Lead growth planning and projections, including progression toward doubling the company in the next year to two years.
- Oversee multiple projects across the organization.
- Prior family owned or founder owned company experience.
Work Schedule:
hybrid - MUST sit in Nashville currently or already in process of relocation.
