Senior Tax Accountant

Fully Remote Senior Tax Accountant Opportunity!

This role supports the company’s U.S. and international income tax function, with responsibility for tax compliance, monthly and quarterly provisions, and internal controls. The position works independently and partners closely with accounting, finance leadership, and external advisors.

• Prepare and review complex federal and multi‑entity income tax returns and supporting work papers.
• Handle monthly and quarterly income tax accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations for U.S. and Canadian entities.
• Analyze book‑to‑tax differences, depreciation, NOLs, interest limitations, and BEAT calculations.
• Support state income tax filings, estimates, extensions, and payment tracking.
• Maintain tax payment logs, ACH entries, and filing confirmations.
• Perform SOX‑related reconciliations and prepare quarterly tax control documentation.
• Assist with tax audits, refund follow‑ups, and transfer pricing data requests.
• Support tax system maintenance, reporting, and process improvements, including One Source.
• Collaborate with accounting, international finance teams, and other tax functions as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years of income tax experience; private industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with One Source, SAP, and/or Oracle.
